It was such great time in Siena. We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, even so everything was brand-new. Enjoyed a kitchen area, a couch and a couch bed in the room. The bed was lovely and the staff were very very nice. The location was great for us - close to cafés and restaurants. The hotel was in a nice enough area.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from a great pizzeria and very close to the bus station. We were up to the Old Town of the city in no time. The room was cozy, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and provided us with helpful information. We loved the breakfast with fresh fruit and croissants, and the coffee and tea machine outside of our room was a great bonus.

That the complex was a bit further from the city centre, which meant relying on public transport. Unfortunately, the bus schedule was limited, and the last bus left quite early in the evening.

Great stay for New Year! Ample parking space and very well located close to the bus stop with excellent connections to all the tourist attractions. We enjoyed the comfortable and spacious rooms, accommodating three people effortlessly. , the nearby supermarket offered great convenience as did the restaurant. The breakfast downstairs at the boutique café was fantastic, with delicious pastries and cakes, plus there were cappuccinos and a range of cold cuts that made my taste buds sing!

Although the hotel restaurant’s food and portions were not typical Italian, the cost was extortionate and not worth the money. The Wi-Fi could be improved, as the signal was not strong during my stay.
